As a Marketing Promotions Associate, you’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to build brand awareness, engage consumers, generate new customers, and support business growth through promotional campaigns within our partnered retail environments.

• Work with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive sales.
• Represent our clients and their products in a professional, positive, and engaging manner.
• Engage directly with customers in retail settings to create meaningful interactions and generate sales.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while identifying individual needs.
• Educate customers on products and services and clearly communicate key product benefits.
• Attend client and product training sessions to develop strong product knowledge.
• Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work toward individual and team goals.
• Maintain a professional presence while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to support successful campaigns and overall business growth.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
