Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

At DDP Roofing Services, Inc. we are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Roofing Laborers. No prior roofing experience? No problem — we are willing to train the right candidates who bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

• Assist Roofers and Foremen with preparing job sites and installing a wide variety of roofing systems, including metal, shingles, single‑ply systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM), slate, asphalt, and more.
• Keep job sites clean and safe by removing debris.
• Help with installation of insulation, vapor barriers, and overlapping roofing layers.
• Apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, and protective coatings.
• Assist with repairs by sealing cracks, defects, or damaged areas.
• Operate hand and power tools, as well as vehicles and equipment, as needed.

• Motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the trade.
• Basic construction knowledge is a plus but not required — we’ll train!
• Ability to work safely, follow instructions, and handle the physical demands of roofing work.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
