What You’ll Do- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems—including furnaces, boilers, central AC, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, etc.
- Perform installations of new high-efficiency systems that improve comfort while lowering energy costs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, such as changing filters, cleaning ducts, and optimizing system performance.
- Test and troubleshoot electrical circuits, components, refrigerant levels, and system leaks with precision.
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering clear communication, respectful service, and honest recommendations.
- Respond to emergency calls with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
- Proven experience as an HVAC service or installation technician (or equivalent formal training).
- EPA Certification (required).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, geothermal systems, and commercial refrigeration.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, lift up to 40+ pounds, and work in varying conditions.
