We are looking for a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of Walmart’s refrigeration HVAC equipment. The role requires commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, the use of hand, digital, and power tools, and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills.
• Use the work order management system to receive, document, and complete repair work orders for stores and associates.
• Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required safety and equipment training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, following Walmart’s refrigeration HVAC safety policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work on ladders, and operate at heights as required.

• 2 years of commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance experience.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older.

• Large‑scale rack refrigeration experience.
• Completion of a 2‑year vocational or technical HVAC/R program.
• Mechanical license in the state where the job is located.

Hourly wage range $25.00 – $50.00. Individual compensation packages depend on skill set, experience, and level of job offer. Eligible for bonus incentives.
