We’re looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead and coordinate our installation operations in the Toms River area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with a strong construction background who can manage teams, ensure quality work, and deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

• Oversee and schedule all bath and shower installations
• Lead installation crews and ensure high‑quality workmanship
• Review customer contracts and coordinate product orders
• Manage inventory, materials, and vendor relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after installations
• Support crews with on‑site issues and service calls
• Handle permits, documentation, and CRM updates
• Hire, train, and coach installation team members
• Manage installation schedules, time‑off requests, and job timelines

• 5+ years of experience in construction or installation
• Plumbing knowledge strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong attention to quality and customer service
