Role OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead and coordinate our installation operations in the Toms River area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with a strong construction background who can manage teams, ensure quality work, and deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities- Oversee and schedule all bath and shower installations
- Lead installation crews and ensure high‑quality workmanship
- Review customer contracts and coordinate product orders
- Manage inventory, materials, and vendor relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after installations
- Support crews with on‑site issues and service calls
- Handle permits, documentation, and CRM updates
- Hire, train, and coach installation team members
- Manage installation schedules, time‑off requests, and job timelines
- 5+ years of experience in construction or installation
- Plumbing knowledge strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong attention to quality and customer service
