• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and repair options.
• Complete accurate service documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Work safely while following company procedures and industry standards.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.

• HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
