Experienced Electrician

Scott's Electrical Service is growing quickly, and we’re looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Manchester, NJ.

We’re looking for a skilled, dependable electrician with at least 8 years of professional electrical experience who can confidently handle projects from installation through troubleshooting and repair.

Our team performs a wide variety of residential and commercial electrical work, including new construction, existing homes and buildings, service work, repairs, and new electrical installations. You’ll also have the opportunity to take a leadership role by supervising and training electrician assistants in the field.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and systems

• Perform electrical work in new construction and existing residential and commercial properties

• Diagnose electrical issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical information

• Complete new electrical installations and service work

• Supervise, train, and support electrician assistants on job sites

• Ensure work meets applicable electrical codes, quality standards, and safety requirements

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional electrical experience required

• Strong residential electrical experience

• Commercial electrical experience is a plus

• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently and lead others when needed

• Experience with electrical tools, equipment, wiring, and fixtures

• Clean, valid driver's license required

• Ability to reliably commute to Manchester, NJ

• Generac service technician experience is a plus

• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
