The Arc of Ocean County is hiring compassionate Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide awake overnight support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes across Ocean County.
Join our Residential Services team to respond to overnight needs, complete wellness checks, and prepare residents for a successful morning. Weekend availability is required and staff must stay awake for the full shift.
