Morris County Employment and Training Services in Morris Plains, NJ seeks an Employment Counselor to help clients identify training, provide career counseling, and coordinate funding for training. This full-time, 35-hour week role reports to the ETS Coordinator of Operations.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in social work, counseling, psychology, or education, with 1–2 years’ relevant experience and strong Microsoft Office and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
