QA Automation Engineer

Arkha Tech is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to build reliable automated testing that helps us deliver high-quality web applications, services, and APIs. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define quality standards, improve test coverage, and increase release confidence throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI, API, integration, smoke, and regression test suites.
• Create test plans and reusable test data based on product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, monitor results, and troubleshoot failures.
• Perform exploratory and risk-based testing for new features and production fixes.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps and partner with developers on root-cause analysis.
• Track quality metrics and continuously improve automation coverage, reliability, and execution time.

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or a comparable framework.
• Experience testing REST APIs and working with Git, SQL, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience testing cloud-hosted, containerized, or microservices-based applications.
• Knowledge of performance, accessibility, security, or mobile testing practices.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery teams.
