GSG is seeking a hands-on CRD Developer to join our dynamic team supporting investment technology systems. This role is focused on building, maintaining, and supporting API-driven integrations within the Charles River Development (CRD) environment. The ideal candidate has deep CRD experience, strong Java skills, and familiarity with CRD APIs, batch processes, and Oracle development.

• Design, develop, and maintain CRD-based solutions in alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Build and support API-driven integrations across the investment technology stack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects in CRD applications, including batch processes and Java-based components.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to implement and support end-to-end technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance analysis to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Document solutions, defects, and technical designs as needed.
• Apply a software engineering approach to mitigate risks and ensure maintainability.

• BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development; 7+ years preferred.
• 5+ years of financial services or asset management development experience, with hands-on experience supporting Charles River Development (CRD) IMS integrations, APIs, batch processes, or related investment technology workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Java, CRD APIs, CRD batch processes, and Oracle development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.
