Compensation: $25 per hour

You will take ownership of assigned routes, drive the street sweeper, and operate specialized equipment to keep streets clean and well‑maintained. Your core responsibilities include:

• Route Execution:
  Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.
• Safety & Inspections:
  Complete required pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work.
• Equipment & Material Handling:
  Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork.
• Professional Communication:
  Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
• Adaptability & Reliability:
  Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain predictable attendance.

• Education:
  
  High School or GED
• Experience:
  
  1 year DOT driving experience (waste & recycling services experience preferred)
• License: CDL‑B & DOT Medical Card
• Age:
  Must be at least 21 years of age
• Compliance:
  Maintain an acceptable driving record; pass an MVR check, background check, and drug screening.

• Safety & Compliance Focus:
  Follow safety procedures, conduct inspections, operate equipment responsibly, and comply with all traffic, site, and regulatory requirements.
• Operational Execution & Reliability:
  Plan routes, complete work efficiently and accurately, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain dependable attendance.
• Communication & Issue Reporting:
  Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates; report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.

• Work Environment & Exposure:
  Outdoor work with exposure to weather, traffic, loud noise, dust, and occasional chemicals.
• Physical Demands:
  Frequent sitting, walking, standing; occasional bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling; limited stair climbing; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Cognitive & Sensory Requirements:
  Continuous reading, screen use, mental focus, hand‑eye coordination.
• Equipment & Tools:
  Operate specialized equipment with hand and foot controls.
• Safety & Protective Gear:
  Wear appropriate PPE including high‑visibility apparel, eye, ear, hand, foot, head, and lung protection.
