Exile TR is hiring CDL A trainees for a no-touch OTR van operation with strong benefits. Trainees earn $800–$900 per week, then transition to 0.55 CPM with solo pay after training. Home time is every other week for two days.
Training requires 250–300 hours behind the wheel and willingness to run OTR during training. Starting pay during training and after upgrade, plus full benefits including medical, PTO, dental, and vision, make this a competitive entry path for recent CDL graduates.
