Job Responsibilities

Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems. Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.

Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing. Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
