Manufacturing Engineer

Job Requirements

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for for leading continuous improvement initiatives, developing and documenting build procedures, managing capital equipment and tooling, driving operational efficiency, managing various projects, and overseeing the testing processes to enhance manufacturing operations at our Stark Compression facility in Tonawanda, NY.

Work Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or equivalent experience.

* A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience. 4 years preferred.

* Knowledge of welding and manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.

* Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

* Proficiency in CAD and other relevant software tools.

* Strong communication and customer service skills required.

* Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.

* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

* Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
