Manufacturing Documentation Specialist

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing Documentation Specialist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Assist in creating detailed setup sheets for CNC machining processes

+ Shadow CNC Machinists to document the entire setup process

+ Record tooling used and all relevant specifications accurately

+ Capture setup photos to ensure comprehensive documentation

+ Enter data into Shop Guru setup sheets efficiently and accurately

** What's Needed?*
* + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

+ Experience in creating spreadsheets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

+ Some knowledge of CNC Machining is a plus, but not required

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
