Residential Licensed Plumber

COMFORT SHOWERS & BATHS, a division of COMFORT WINDOWS, is seeking a dependable and experienced Licensed Plumber to join our Tonawanda, NY location, providing residential plumbing work. This position involves working together with our installation crews on a variety of hands-on tasks in homes throughout the area, with a focus on quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• The position will primarily work with our bathroom remodeling department. You will be responsible for installation, repair, and movement, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any plumbing issues during the installation, providing effective and lasting solutions.
• Interpret blueprints, building codes, and technical diagrams to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Work directly with Comfort Crew Lead in addressing homeowners to explain work and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety and code standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Keep job sites clean and organized, and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid plumbing license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A valid NYS driver's license
