Location: Buffalo and surrounding areas
Schedule: Days, weekend availability, on call
Compensation: $25 - $35/hour plus commission, based on experience
What We Are Looking For
As a member of our team you will be responsible for performing maintenance and service on HVAC systems in customer homes while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity.
NOCO is looking to hire experienced, detail-oriented residential HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. Technicians will be skilled in performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC equipment. Strong customer service skills are required. Year-round, full-time work available.
What You Will Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal service inspections.
- Identify system issues and explain repair recommendations clearly to customers.
- Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety standards and applicable codes.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation.
- Communicate with dispatch and management regarding job status and customer concerns.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working condition.
- Participate in on-call rotations and overtime as needed.
- Promote a positive customer experience and represent NOCO professionally at all times.
- Participate in technical training.

What You Will Need
- High school education or equivalent.
- 1-5 years of HVAC experience.
- EPA/NATE Certifications are a plus.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds at a time.
- Standing, reaching with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
