M-F, Weekend Availability, On Call
Location:
Buffalo and Surrounding Areas Compensation: $25-$35 per hour, plus commission (based on experience)
This position requires an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and possesses strong technical skills in plumbing.
What You Will Do- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, offering effective solutions.
- Install and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and other plumbing components.
- Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the scope of work, timelines, and costs.
- Respond to emergency calls and handle urgent plumbing issues with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of materials.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.

WhatYou Will Need
- Journeyman license in a WNY municipality
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and best practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry tools and materials.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license. (CDL preferred not required)
