Compensation &

Incentives:

• Base Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour
• $2000 sign on bonus!

As the Service Technician, you will help to:

• Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs
• Keep interior and exterior areas up to company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws
• Respond quickly to resident service requests and assigned work orders
• Keep residents and the office in the loop on repairs, updates, and follow-ups
• Stay ahead of issues through preventative maintenance that protects the community long term
• Deliver the kind of service that makes residents proud of where they live

Hours &

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Paid rotating on-call participation required

What We'll Expect From You:

• Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Sharp troubleshooting skills, the judgment to work independently, and the follow-through to finish what you start
