Now Hiring a Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate plays an important role in our fast-paced manufacturing environment by receiving, organizing, and moving materials. This position helps keep inventory accurate, supports shipping and production needs, and works closely with teams across the facility to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Manage inventory and process transactions in SAP/ERP
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and shipping
- Package and coordinate outbound shipments with carriers
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures
- Support team operations and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Essential Skills
- 1–3+ years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
- Experience with inventory systems (SAP or similar)
- Knowledge of inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location
This is a permanent position based out of Tonawanda, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
