Salary: £34,000 – £42,000 basic salary (Fully negotiable based on experience)

Location: Paddock Wood

Hours: Monday – Friday, with Saturdays worked on a rotating staff rota.

• Premium Maintenance: Conducting routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and high-quality repairs on premium vehicles.
• Advanced Fault Finding: Diagnosing and fixing complex mechanical and electrical faults using modern, advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Quality Workmanship: Working efficiently to ensure a right-first-time fix, maintaining the absolute highest standard of customer service.

• Proven, confident experience as a workshop Vehicle Technician or Mechanic handling servicing, diagnostics, and general mechanical repairs.
• An MOT Tester licence is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio of hands‑on workshop experience).
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a pride in high-quality workmanship.
• A full UK driving licence.
