Junior Multi Trader/Labourer Driver
Up to £32,000 per annum
Van will be provided
Hours- 08:30- 17:30
Social housing providing managing 500 plus residential properties
Medway to Woolwich.
- Rubbish Clearance
- Heavy lifting
- Driving
- Minor repairs
- Door handle repairs and minor carpentry tasks
- Minor Plumbing tasks (tap changes)
- Experience in residential properties
- Good social skills
- Good customer service
- DBS check
- Drivers Licenses
- Company Van during work hours
- Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
- Statutory Holiday leave 23days including bank holidays
- Option contributory pension scheme
- Overtime opportunities would exist on weekends and holidays for this division
