Compensation

$100,000–$275,000+ per year

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and electronic vehicle concerns
  • Perform repairs accurately and efficiently to manufacturer specifications
  • Complete engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs
  • Utilize factory scan tools and advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs
  • Road test vehicles to verify repairs
  • Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors
  • Mentor and assist apprentice and entry-level technicians
  • Maintain detailed repair documentation
  • Stay current with manufacturer training and emerging vehicle technologies
Qualifications
  • Previous dealership experience preferred
  • Master Technician experience required
  • ASE Certifications strongly preferred
  • Manufacturer certifications are a plus
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
  • Own professional automotive tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
