Construction Assistant​/Laborer

Stephenson Restoration is a fast growing company looking for team members that are willing to grow and adapt with us. A Construction/Demolition Laborer is responsible for general laborer duties on job sites where we are responding to flood, fire, mold, or other urgent issues. Duties will include but are not limited to loading, unloading materials, operating machinery, and removing hazards.

Including but not limited to the list below.

• Prepare demolition, remediation, or construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
• Use various equipment, hand, and power tools.
• Ability to load or unload rebuilding materials.
• Produce high quality work, safely and productively at all times.
• Organization skills and the ability to pay close attention to details.
• Planning skills and ability to anticipate needs ahead of job arrival.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Valid driver's license.

• Able and willing to work long hours including day, night, weekend shifts as needed, and work outside of normal hours.
• Able to walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Able to work in outside environments being subjected to weather changes and job hazards.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
