Service Business Development Coordinator

Experience in customer service, hotels & restaurants industries, retail sales, or call centers is encouraged.

• Respond to incoming service leads and calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Book service appointments for our growing dealership.
• Document conversations and update customer records after each interaction.
• Follow up with customers that are not ready to make an appointment or are no-shows.
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity.

• Bilingual Spanish is a big plus.
• Coachable.
• Available to work flexible hours and some rotating Saturdays.
• Ready to hit the ground running.
• Fantastic communication skills.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
