Student Sweeper

Location: Middle Canyon Elementary School

Date Available: 25/26 School Year

Assists in maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for students, staff, and public; ensures that assigned tasks are completed in a safe, proper, and timely manner.

Cleans assigned facilities such as classrooms, hallways, and entrances to maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive school environment.

Replenishes classroom and restroom supplies such as soap and paper towels to ensure adequate quantities for daily use.

Supports the custodial staff to complete school custodial activities.

Applicants must be at least 14 years of age and enrolled in school.

Must be able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.

Works in the school under the direct supervision of the Head Custodian.

Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, stooping, and kneeling is required. Will operate job-related equipment.

2 hours a day, 5 days a week, when school is in session. Pay scale: $10.15 an hour; time card when needed.
