Under the direct supervision of an administrator, to assist certified professional staff and administration in aiding students to meet instructional and/or behavioral goals. Also, to support administration in providing effective and consistent student discipline by supervising students in alternative learning environments; by creating and implementing academic and behavior support plans; by supporting the building of relationships between staff and students; and by developing and supporting school wide Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).
EssentialJob Functions
- Clerical support to intervention programs.
- Organizes student lists for intervention and delivery of intervention tickets.
- Use the intervention database to create tickets and track student attendance.
- Follow up on student completion of interventions.
- Coordinates with teachers and administrators with the intervention program.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
- Ability to understand, apply and use personal computers and software applications (e.g., Word, Excel).

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, employees and others.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, staff and others contacted in the course of work.
- Ability to report work orally or in writing to supervisor as required.
- Effective writing and verbal communication skills.
- Works in standard office and school building environments.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Non‑exempt
Contract- 29 hours per week, 177 days per year
