What Makes This Role Unique:- No Teaching License
Required:
Whether you're a recent grad, career-changer, or pursuing your teaching license, we'll support your development and help you get there. - Already Licensed? Licensed educators qualify for higher compensation packages based on experience, credentials, and performance.
- Smaller Class Sizes:
Build personalized, impactful relationships with students who need your attention and positive encouragement. Class sizes typically range from 4-12 students. - A Meaningful Mission:
Help students take ownership of their learning, build confidence, and develop life-changing skills. Many of our students are on Individualized Education Plans and teachers have the ability to tailor their approach based on unique needs. - Professional Growth:
We provide ongoing training, mentoring, Elevate training, and opportunities to serve on committees. - Collaborative Environment:
Work alongside clinical teams, residential staff, and families in an integrative treatment setting.

- Year-round schedules: 7:30 am – 3:15 pm, 185 workdays annually (Most Fridays off)
