Duties
Help
Develop preliminary and final design, layout, and/or computer generated models for new designs or improvements to existing equipment.
Manage full scope of mechanical engineering projects such as performance specifications, drawings, shop production, equipment assembly, performance testing, and/or technical documentation.
Review engineering change proposals for anticipated deviations to equipment standards and specifications.
Apply engineering concepts to the operation and maintenance of equipment/systems such as munitions assembly and disassembly machinery, incineration systems, and/or pollution control equipment.
Utilize mechanical engineering concepts to develop solutions to unique and complex problems impacting projects.
