JOB SUMMARY:

• The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for assessing, planning, supervising and evaluating the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies.

• Musthold current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Utah or equivalency.
  * If licensed in a compact state and residing in Utah a Utah State License must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• BLS Certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ALS & PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• TNCC Certification required within 1 year of hire.
• 1 year of experience and familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of an Emergency RN preferred.
