Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of a OB Tech.
Job Summary:
- Set up for deliveries for new mother and baby.
- Prep instruments and equipment for deliveries, cesareans and other obstetrics procedures.
- Assemble surgical trays and sterile tables, assist with gowning and gloving, scrubbing for cesareans.
- Maintains the inventory and cleanliness in the obstetrics department.
- Responsibilities include admitting, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, maintaining records, and running insurance information.
Qualifications:
- License/certification:
Current Utah Certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant. - BLS certification required 30 days within hire.
- NRP certification required within 90 days of hire.
- STABLE certification preferred.
