Repair/Maintenance

• Plumbing- water heaters, sinks, toilets, tubs, faucets

  - Condensing units, capacitors, filters, diagnostics
• Electrical
  - Troubleshooting, re-wire, appliance maintenance, lighting
• Cabinetry
• Drywall/Paint
• Pool
  - Cleaning, testing, maintaining
• Sprinklers/Grounds keeping

Maintain every aspect of our complex and keep it looking beautiful. You will be responsible to repair and maintain our rental units, clubhouse, and premises.

We don't care how much school you have as long as you are motivated, willing to learn, and hard working. Any experience is a huge plus and we will pay you depending on that experience.
