Used Car Sales Manager

Tooele Motor Company is growing and looking for an EXPERIENCED, results-driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre‑owned vehicle operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive leader who understands inventory management, merchandising, desking deals, customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all used vehicle sales operations
  • Desk deals and structure financing opportunities
  • Monitor inventory acquisition, pricing, and merchandising
  • Analyze market trends and vehicle valuations
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals
  • Establish and achieve monthly sales and gross profit goals
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with Finance, Service, and Marketing departments
  • Manage aging inventory and maximize inventory turn
  • Maintain compliance with all dealership and manufacturer policies
Qualifications
  • Automotive sales management experience required
  • Proven record of achieving sales and profitability goals
  • Strong leadership and team‑building skills
  • Experience with inventory management and vehicle acquisition
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
