Position: SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Service Operations Manager

NAT-SU Healthcare is looking to hire a Service Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Service Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping, Kitchen and Transportation Departments. Managing a team of housekeepers, kitchen staff, and transportation ensuring compliance with all safety and security protocols. This position must be able to collaborate with the other department directors, managers and supervisors to ensure the company's needs are met.

Job Description & Required Qualifications:

  • Oversee the daily workflow, schedules and assignments of Transport, Kitchen and Housekeeping departments.
  • Approve PTO and Timecards in ADP for direct reports.
  • Ensure 30-60-90-day evaluations are completed for all new hires.
  • Conduct annual reviews for direct reports.
  • Ensure company policies are being followed throughout departments.
  • Responsible for ensuring all incident reports are properly documented.
  • Conduct interviews for open positions in the Transportation, Kitchen and Housekeeping departments.
  • Actively enforce company rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate logs for each shift and department are completed.
  • Assist in ordering needed supplies for all departments.
  • Ensure regular vehicle maintenance and registrations are up to date.
  • Maintain a physical presence within the facility and for staff.

Required Qualifications and Preferences:

  • At least 21 years old
  • Reliable work history
  • 2 + years' experience in a supervisory or management role required, preferably in a transportation, kitchen or housekeeping role.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Proficient with computer and technology skills.
  • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) minor infractions negotiable.
  • Preference is Knowledge of Substance Abuse
  • Native American preference

Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.
