• Starting pay of $18.40/hr up to top pay of $25.97/hr.*

General Purpose of the Position:
Process Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF)

• Perform basic dimensional and visual inspection of parts, assemblies, or final product.
• Use various measuring devices to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Requires Magna Flux training and Magna Flux Eye Examination.
• Prepare and maintain required inspection records.
• Fill out daily production information and keep TOS boards up to date.
• Perform daily housekeeping responsibilities, 5S Audit and daily checklist.
• Continuous improvement/Process improvement (give suggestions).
• Use daily discomfort log and report sickness/injury (no matter how slight).
• Support all TOS efforts.
• Report quality issues immediately and follow established escalation model.

• Must work in a safe manner and report all near misses or accident immediately.
• High level of attention to detail absolutely critical.
• Must be proficient with gauging and math skills.
• Must be able to follow "Control Plans", LWI's, SOP's, and SWI's.
• Must be able to pass and maintain Lift Truck Certification.
• Ability to read and understand gauges related to machining.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve as necessary.
• Ability to lift at least 45 lbs. repetitively.
• Ability to collaborate with the team and work independently.

• Lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds with proper assistance.
• Use hands continuously throughout the shift, including gripping, manipulating, and positioning tools or materials.
• Stand/walk for prolonged periods (majority of the shift).
• Perform frequent bending, twisting, and torso rotation throughout the shift, including reaching to lower levels, turning at the waist, and maintaining bent‑over positions as required by task demands.
• Perform frequent hand and arm movements: full‑fist gripping of tools, pressing or pushing with thumbs and fingers, twisting the lower arm, turning or bending the wrist up, down, left, or right.

This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Tooele, UT US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
