Position Overview

Full‑Time Clinic‑Based Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive foot care to patients in a clinical setting. This is a non‑surgical role focused on high-quality, patient-centered care delivered within an established clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive foot examinations and assess patients' foot health
  • Diagnose and treat various foot and ankle conditions, such as ingrown toenails, corns, calluses, and plantar fasciitis
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs
  • Perform minor surgical procedures, such as toenail removal and wound care
  • Educate patients on proper foot care techniques and preventive measures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Stay current on the latest developments in podiatric medicine through continuing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in community health or home care settings is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Experience in wound care, wound care certification, experience with providing in‑home services/mobile care
  • Reliable transportation
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently on a daily basis
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to use email and EMR system
  • Up to 2 hour driving radius expected depending on the territory
  • Completion of a one‑year podiatric residency program
  • Current State professional license in the state
