Canyon Home Care & Hospice is hiring CNAs.

We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic CNAs to join our fast‑growing team. We provide care for patients in the Canyon Utah Home Care & Hospice setting and value positive interactions with patients and their families.

• Assist patients with daily living activities, personal care, and some light housekeeping.
• Consistently interact positively with patients and their families.

• Current state CNA and CPR certification.
• Own reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.
• Ready to pass a background check.
• Preferred:
  Prior experience in Home Health and/or Hospice.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare personnel and agencies.
• Detail‑ and goal‑oriented.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare standards and regulations.
• Aspiring to provide the highest quality patient care.
