This part-time RN will provide clinical support to the providers to our Allergy
practice in Tooele
. They will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and staff to deliver high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing direct patient care, administering allergy-related treatments, demonstrating strong clinical judgement and educating patients.

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 am to 5 pm.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Demonstrates high degree of competence and expertise in medical office and outpatient specialty settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Capacity to work independently while maintaining collaborative team environment.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, prior authorizations, insurance requirements, and specialty medication processes.
• Experience with allergy immunotherapy, biologic medications, asthma management is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Utah.
• Two years' experience in a medicine setting.

Physical Requirements and

Working Conditions:

• Ability to walk, stand or sit for extended periods.
• Required lifting up to 50lbs.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment.
• Inside, climate-controlled working conditions.
