Exteriors Sales Representative

Bartlett Roofing is seeking an Exteriors Sales Representative to drive residential and light commercial roofing and exterior sales. In this field-based role, you'll prospect neighborhoods, inspect roofs and exteriors, educate homeowners on replacement or storm restoration options, and guide them through estimates, insurance processes, and contracts. You'll manage a personal sales pipeline, hit revenue targets, and coordinate with production teams to ensure quality installs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate roofing and exterior leads in assigned territories
• Conduct on-site roof and exterior inspections for residential and light commercial properties
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals to homeowners
• Educate customers on roofing systems, exterior products, and storm restoration options
• Guide customers through insurance claim and restoration processes
• Manage a personal sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Document site findings, photos, and job details accurately in CRM or sales tools
• Coordinate with project management and production teams to ensure quality installations
• Provide post-sale follow-up and maintain long-term customer relationships
