The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tooele, UT. This role is responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, and guiding them through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase options. The Sales Specialist will present product features and benefits, explain pricing and financing options clearly, and support customers in making informed decisions. Daily tasks include maintaining product knowledge, following up with leads, preparing sales documentation, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals.

The role also involves supporting dealership promotions and contributing to a welcoming, professional showroom environment.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage customers and build long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets and a solid understanding of the sales process.
• Experience in Training or mentoring team members and familiarity with Sales Management principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Tooele, UT with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Comfort with basic technology tools (CRM systems, email, dealership software) and accurate record-keeping.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset; prior automotive sales experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales certifications are advantageous.
