Overview
We’re looking for Autobody Repair Technicians with at least 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join Carvana, the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer and one of the four fastest companies to enter the Fortune 500.
Responsibilities- Train other autobody technicians
- Perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding/stapling, heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding, roof and rocker panel repair, and large‑area heavy bodywork such as Bondo repairs.

All positions provide flexibility and, if needed, mandatory overtime to meet customer commitments.
Qualifications- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check
- Experience in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment and tolerance for working in various weather conditions
- Comfortable using safety equipment such as face shields or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective gear
