- Responsibilities:
Load and unload cargo, segregating items according to condition code, lot numbers and quantity; store, unpack, pack, mark, un-palletize and palletize ammunition.;
Operate an electric and/or gasoline-powered forklift capable of lifting up to 10,000 pounds as high as 168 inches to transport, transfer, and stack and/or unstack ammunition and components.;
Select and tag surveillance samples in storage for inspection.;
Prepare shipping and receiving reports and locator records.;
Assist in preparing surveillance inspections on all types of ammunition, ammunition components and explosives in accordance with inspection schedules, instructions and procedures established.
