Accounting Associate, Client Accounting & Advisory Services

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients
• Update bank accounts via online feed
• Import bank and credit card transactions via manual feed
• Code bank and credit card transactions
• Reach out to the senior accountant/team lead regarding open items to be sent to the project manager
• Enter customer deposits, apply payments, and perform other accounts receivable tasks assigned by the project manager
• Match transactions or enter the appropriate journal entries based on payroll reports
• During closing, complete reconciliation pages in accounting software, update working papers, and post entries in the books
• Self-review work
• Help clients maximize their opportunities as part of Aprio's Client Accounting & Advisory Services team

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field
• At least 1 year of working experience in the accounting industry preferred
• A licensed CPA is an advantage
• Can communicate clearly and effectively

Demonstrates expertise in bookkeeping, transaction coding, and reconciliation processes while effectively communicating with clients and team members. Proficient in managing accounts receivable tasks and utilizing accounting software for accurate financial reporting.
