Role Description

The Office Receptionist plays a key role in supporting daily operations and creating a welcoming first impression for EVF. This position is responsible for maintaining clear communication within the office, coordinating with partnering companies, and ensuring the front office runs smoothly and efficiently. The receptionist supports administrative and clerical tasks, manages incoming calls and emails, and helps keep office operations organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage and respond to emails and general office correspondence
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with partnering companies
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assist with scheduling, calendars, and office coordination as needed
  • Maintain an organized and professional front office environment
  • Support internal staff with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Ensure smooth and efficient front office operations
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong email and written communication skills
  • Comfortable answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Experience with clerical and administrative office work
  • Ability to maintain clear communication with partnering companies and external contacts
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Professional, friendly, and welcoming front-desk presence
  • Experience with data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and reliable
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new office systems quickly
  • Availability to work in person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
