This position will assist in Enrollment Services and Records Offices. Assist with scanning, linking, filing, mailings, commencement preparations and other office support duties.

• Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college
• Sheridan College Student currently enrolled
• Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater

• Understanding of FERPA
• Basic filing knowledge such as alphabetizing and ensuring accuracy
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding student files and personal information
• Basic functions of Enrollment Services offices
• Ability to work well with staff
• Excellent customer service

• Maintain and file student files to ensure information is organized and up to date.
• Assist with student events such as orientation, and high school visits.
• Making appointments.
• Assist with scanning in Image Now software.
• Logging students in for placement tests.
• Answering phones and front desk coverage when needed.
• Assisting walk‑in traffic.
• Assisting staff where needed.
• Duties including, but not limited to assisting with miscellaneous projects, creating packets, binding manuals, etc.

Office environment with limited lifting up to 10 lbs.
