Seeking a candidate for a short-term project supporting document updates, review, and data entry work. This role involves reviewing and updating documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting. Project is expected to last approximately 3-4 months. Full-time (40 hours/week) M-F, remote opportunity. Candidates must be able to attend one-day training in Topeka, KS. $18.57/hour!

• Review and update PDFs, Word documents, and fillable forms
• Enter and organize information to ensure documents are accurate and easy to follow
• Apply basic formatting such as headings, lists, and tables
• Add simple descriptions to images or graphics when needed
• Follow clear instructions and project accessibility guidelines
• Complete quality checks for accuracy and consistency

• Ability to work on site in Topeka, Kansas
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable learning new tasks and processes
• Adobe Acrobat experience is helpful but not required
