Osborne Construction, Inc. is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Commercial Leasing Administrator & Executive Assistant to oversee day-to-day operations of our Topeka-area properties while supporting our leadership team with key administrative and leasing responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Commercial Leasing Administrator & Executive Assistant, you'll play a dual role: managing the daily operations of our local properties and supporting our President with administrative and organizational needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial and industrial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and timely maintenance response.
  • Prepare, track, and renew lease agreements, coordinate with ownership and tenants on terms and compliance.
  • Schedule property inspections, vendor services, and repair work orders; review invoices for accuracy.
  • Record rent payments, deposits, and property expenses in Quick Books Online.
  • Market vacant spaces, schedule tours, and assist in leasing negotiations and documentation.
  • Maintain organized property files, financial records, and service contracts.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with general reception duties as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support internal teams including Operations and Human Resources by assisting with various administrative tasks and special projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

  • 3+ years of commercial or industrial property management experience (required).
  • Experience managing lease agreements, renewals, and tenant relations.
  • Proficiency with Quick Books Online and general accounting processes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Comfort learning and using cloud-based systems and digital tools (Microsoft Office).
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to work in-office during normal business hours.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
