Location:

Laird Noller Ford Pay Range: $25–$45/hour (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience (B-line technicians preferred)
Desire to grow and work towards becoming an A-line technician if not already

Team-oriented mindset; values collaboration and helping others succeed

Strong integrity, honesty, and alignment with company core values

Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent service

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, stoop, lean, and stand for extended periods

Comfort working under dashboards and over engines for long periods
