Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Production Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, prepping, sorting, scanning, and emailing incoming paperwork. You'll also ensure outgoing mail is ready at the end of each day. This role is crucial for building a strong foundation in the industry while learning and embodying AE's core values every day.

- Log, sort, prepare, and distribute incoming mail using Pitney Bowes tracking software
- Coordinate distribution and accurate storage of scanned images using Perceptive Content scanning incoming mail
- Physically distribute incoming mail to internal teams and/or individual team members
- Responsible for data entry of client and advisor information to create accounts and cases in Salesforce
- Prepare paperwork, needing a medallion signature guarantee
- Prepare, document and ship outgoing mail
- Reconciliation reporting for incoming and outgoing mail
- Navigate multiple systems and websites to complete required tasks
- Maintain production numbers, while also maintaining a high level of attention to detail to meet quality standards
- Create a positive customer experience when interacting with internal team members and advisors
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong organizational skills and ability to change tasks quickly throughout the day
- Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication
- PC knowledge including MS word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn other systems
- Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
- A commitment to handling confidential information with integrity
- Ability to take initiative and be accountable for completion with minimal direction
- Detail oriented, motivated, dependable, and strong quality focus
- Previous experience working in the financial service industry
- Previous experience working in a mail room
